Your Lacrosse video (highlights/skills)

A 3-4 minute reel from game footage (not just drills), filmed high, with your jersey number visible and edited by position. Attach full uncut game film.

Film is the #1 tool for a coach to evaluate you — even more so as a European, since they rarely see you live.

What your reel needs:

  • 3-4 minutes of GAME footage (varsity or club), not wall-ball or isolated drills.
  • Shot from an elevated angle (stands/press box) on a tripod; a wide frame showing the full play progression and multiple players while keeping your jersey number, footwork and stick technique clearly visible.
  • Lead with your best clips; then show versatility, game IQ and athleticism.
  • Attach full uncut game-film links for coaches who want more.

Tailor it to your position:

  • Goalie: saves and clears.
  • FOGO: face-off wins.
  • Attack: finishing and feeding.
  • Defense: 1v1 stops and takeaways.

European angle: since few international athletes come through, over-document: flag your jersey number at the start of each clip, note position, team and competition, and distribute via IMLCARecruits / SportsRecruits / NCSA. A coach can't contact you until September 1 of junior year, so the video must do the work before that.
