The ranking systems, the real metrics coaches recruit on, and rough benchmarks by division.
Coaches don't recruit just any record; they recruit results against elite competition and weight-class fit. Make it easy: your CV should translate your level into terms a US coach grasps.
Reference systems: FloWrestling and InterMat (national/state and recruiting-class rankings), MatScouts (feeds InterMat's Big Board), WrestleStat (college analytics: win/loss, bonus-rate) and, for Europeans, UWW (United World Wrestling).
Metrics they recruit on: state placements/titles; national-tournament results (Fargo All-American = top-8 in freestyle/Greco, Super 32, NHSCA); national recruit ranking; win-loss and bonus-rate (pins/techs/majors); and weight-class fit (a coach recruits to fill a specific lineup weight — a roster need can outweigh raw ranking).

These benchmarks are scouting heuristics, not official cutoffs — they guide, they don't guarantee. European: lean on UWW results (U17/U20/U23 Europeans, federation championships, national-team selection) and map your kg weight to the nearest lb class. Include weight, year and a rankings summary.
