The Softball CV a coach values

There's no universal UTR-style rating. Coaches recruit on radar/clock-measured metrics: velo, exit velo, pop time, home-to-first.

Softball has no universal numeric rating like tennis's UTR. Coaches rely on club/travel-ball reputation, showcase/camp performance and platform profiles (NCSA, SportsRecruits, FieldLevel), plus rankings like Extra Inning / FloSoftball and the NFCA network. So a European substitutes the missing rating with radar- and clock-verified metrics.

What they recruit on, by position: pitch velocity (mph) plus movement and a real changeup; exit velo off the tee and live; arm velocity (infield/outfield/catcher); catcher pop time to 2B; and home-to-first (faster for LH/slappers).

Directional level benchmarks (women's; recruiting-service estimates, NOT official NCAA standards — they vary by source, verify with your own source):

Pop time to 2B (s)1.65-1.851.80-2.051.85-2.101.90-2.20

On the CV: name, grad year, position(s), club/national team, height, verified metrics with date and place of measurement, GPA and international academic certification, and a video link. The transcript counts as much as the bat.
