The Basketball CV a coach values
The concrete metrics and marks coaches recruit on, and the benchmarks by division.
Coaches don't recruit rankings; they recruit physical fit + production + level of competition. The first filter is height/wingspan for your position. On top of that they look for: per-game stats (points, rebounds, assists, steals/blocks, FG% / 3P% / FT%, turnover rate), athleticism (vertical, lateral quickness), defensive and spacing IQ, and skill under pressure (handle vs. pressure, shooting mechanics). Opponent level weighs as much as the numbers.
The ranking ecosystem: 247Sports Composite (industry standard, blends 247/Rivals/ESPN), Rivals, ESPN 100, On3. For a European, the strongest objective signal is youth national-team selection (U16/U18/U20) and club tier (EuroLeague academy, ANGT/Adidas Next Generation), plus an NCSA/SportsRecruits profile.

For women, subtract ~4-6 inches per position. Treat the bands as guidance, not cutoffs: they're aggregator guides, not NCAA rules. On the CV put: position, height/wingspan, grad year, club/national team, verified stats, GPA/SAT/ACT and a video link.
