The Baseball CV a coach values
Coaches recruit verified data, not headlines: throwing velo, exit velo, 60-yard, pop time. Which marks to list and what level by division.
Coaches don't recruit headlines; they recruit third-party-verified data (Perfect Game, Prep Baseball Report, TrackMan/Rapsodo), not self-reported numbers. PG/PBR data hugely raises your credibility.
Metrics they watch:
- Pitchers: fastball velocity (mph), command/strikes, arsenal (3 pitches), ERA, K/9, BB/9.
- Position players: 60-yard dash (speed), exit velocity (mph; average in-game now weighs more than max), throwing velo by position.
- Catchers: pop time (sec, home-to-2B).
- Production: OBP, slugging, HR/RBI. Plus frame/projection (height/weight) and competitiveness.

*Exit-velo ranges are approximate (vary by position and source). The D3/NAIA 60 upper bound can reach ~7.5. Verify with your source.
On your CV: lead with verified data (60, exit/throwing velo, fastball, pop time), grad year, positions, height/weight, and European national-team/federation results (WBSC). Velocities rise yearly: keep them current.
